Description of Duties:

• The candidate will assist the department as it transitions to a stronger proactive on boarding process, including utilization of social media and online platforms.
• Assist team in developing content and participate in maintaining visual merchandising assets & projects
• Research story ideas/background info on projects
• Creating scripts and reordering/tweaking content to ensure continuity of the design & production
• Assist on set with various filming needs/ Video and photo media management
• Creating marketing communication tools & editing video content that adheres to company guidelines to share on online platform channels and social media/ Conceptualize and generating thumbnail images
• Assemble footage into a finished product that matches the vision of the business
• Edit and manipulate film pieces in a way that is invisible to the viewing audience by inserting and syncing sound and optical effects
• Create rough and final cuts, and storyboarding
• Oversee projects from pre-production to post-production

You do not need to be an expert but rather have a thirst for learning about VM Operations & best practices.

You'll be perfect for this program if you:

• Open to bachelor's degree candidates with a Film/Graphic Design or Creative Multimedia background and relevant project experience.
• You are a curious person who does not fit in a box and is interested in learning and applying marketing and HR-psychological strategies behind brand-production building.
• Previous experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or editing platforms and videography/photography
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw. Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering is an advantage.

About Fita

Fita is a health-tech platform that helps Indonesians live healthy and happy through building good habits. We aim to plug the preventive healthcare gap in Indonesia by providing localized fitness and wellness videos, recipes, meal planning tips, and guidance that has been curated by certified fitness trainers & nutritionists. We are looking for an exceptional Virtual Coach who has a passion for building products to accelerate healthier, happier lives. Virtual coaches should have all the basic requirements needed to perform the coaching activities within Fita. This will allow fitness-based coaches to have basic nutrition knowledge in order to perform coaching within Fita, and vice versa.

Job Resposibilities

• Run virtual training for Fita platform customers at times agreed between the coach and the client
• Recording and documenting client progress in accordance with applicable regulations
• Share learnings such as findings and documented lessons from virtual coaches about their training experiences

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection based on HCP or institution’s needs, i.e. lack of treatments guidelines, AI sensibility tests, no inclusion in formularies of Pfizer products, etc.

• Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content and Improve service provided along with design expertise

• Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise

• Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy

• Collaborate with Healthcare Representatives as main contact for coordination with various SMEs as Health Representatives will continue to play as main point of contact for HCPs. HSP can be main contact for Hospitals or Medical Association as necessary -Convene team introduction calls and create both reactive and proactive -Play as Center of Excellence for other Categories -Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)

• Engages with HCPs virtually and face-to-face depending on need

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred background in nursing, biomedicine, Pharmacy, biology

• Preferably 3 years of experience in healthcare
