We are looking for a Relationship Manager for our fast-growing SME team in Jakarta. Our ideal teammate will have a strong SME Banking experience. You’re comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of a fintech in growth mode, while also having an eye for the nuances that make or break a brand.
What you will do:
Generate leads for SME financing that includes qualifying leads, retaining and expanding existing relationships, and following up inquiries from potential SME leads
Identify borrower’s needs, which may create unique, innovative, and high-value customer solutions.
Present and pitch products to potential customers and negotiate the terms and conditions.
Undertake and log comprehensive fact finds with both existing and new clients, establishing the key specific business needs, benefits sought, and any potential barriers to sale
Take an active involvement and assist in the preparation of any major project and partnership tender as require
What we are looking for:
2 –3 years of experience in SME financing and / or B2B sales with ability to adapt to commercial business
Have a good understanding of general industries knowledge and specific focus on 1 or 2 industries
Possession of good network of SME businesses with the ability to expand and develop new relationships with SME businesses.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Indonesian; strong negotiation skill and persuasive selling skill
A hunter personality with critical and analytical thinking

You’ll be responsible for processing custom orders, maintaining stock of best-selling jewelry, and working closely with our production partners and Jewelry Designer to consistently bring new additions to our collection.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'LL BE DOING
Materials Management: You'll track, receive and manage our inventory of gemstones and other raw materials. You'll label and manage their data in our inventory system and maintain a real-time knowledge of what's available and what needs restocking.
Order Processing: You’ll process custom orders efficiently, acting as the main point of contact for the Customer Service team on order status and inventory-related queries.
Production Management: You’ll plan and manage the jewelry production process of new and made-to-order products, ensuring that the process is as smooth as possible from start to finish. You'll keep the Production Guide up-to-date and be the primary liaison with our suppliers.
Product Tracking and Reporting: You'll manage the existing inventory of finished jewelry products and other merchandise, ensuring that our customers always find what they need. You'll keep a close eye on our production and inventory, crunching numbers and analyzing data to create reports that provide insights and help us make smarter decisions.
Production and Manufacturing: You'll be a key communicator with suppliers and manage tasks such as gold alloying and rhodium plating.
Product Pricing: You'll use our existing formula's and price agreements to calculate wholesale and retail prices of our products.
Returns Management: You’ll document return packages and send repair instructions to smiths on the Order Design Sheet.

You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or related field, have experience in inventory and production management, and a track record of maintaining efficient operations.

This Research Associate will work with the Global Practice Group to strengthen SecondMuse’s evaluation and data management for Impact Measurement and Management (IMM). The role will also work closely with program teams and Global operations and IT to strengthen our data management capacity. On a day to day level, this also includes partnering with additional global functions like Growth on the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) components of business development proposals, as well as reporting data and metrics alongside Growth and Marketing/Communications.
The initial contract period is 3 months (pre-employee) with the possibility of extending to a 1-year contract (Full-Time Employee)
Design data collection instruments, including surveys and interview guides, to gather impact related data, including key company level metrics.
Oversee the rollout of surveys and other data collection tools.
Coordinate with program teams for data collection and quality assurance.
Update and develop Program Theories of Change. And support the development and implementation of - Performance Measurement Frameworks (PMFs) based on those Theories of Change. The PMF development may involve, but not limited to, defining Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and identifying data collection and analysis plans based on the strategic objectives.
Perform data management tasks, including data cleaning, organization and analysis using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
Analyze survey data to generate insights and actionable recommendations to improve SecondMuse’s program delivery and embed evidence based approach.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.
Support impact research design and implementation needs including, but not limited to the design, implementation and analysis of surveys and interviews, and focus group discussions.
Additionally, collaborate with the Director of Research Practice on the development of templates, tools, guides, and instructive material to build research capacity of implementers across programs.
Proven experience in survey design, implementation and data management and analysis
Experience with Impact Measurement and Management methods and approaches
Proven experience in developing Theory of Change and managing Performance Management Framework
Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and using technology for monitoring and evaluation
Proficiency in data management tools, such as Salesforce and Tableau is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with many parties in multi-cultural and geographic work.
Experience with effectively prioritizing and delivering work both autonomously and in a team setting, particularly in fast-paced and changing work environments.
This is primarily a remote position that will require occasional attendance at onsite events for staff.
Preferably the candidate will be based in Indonesia
The employee will report to the Director of Research Practice.
