Summary of Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Building / Real Estate Management or other related discipline with minimum 10 years of property management experience, inclusive of at least 4 years in a managerial role
• Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is a must
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• General role including pre-contract and post contract administration which are including procurement, tender bidding, pricing, cost control, measurement, co-ordination and meeting.
